The book is in crisp FINE condition with sharp light blue cloth boards with bright unfaded gilt titles/signature to front and spine. The book has sharp corners with no bumps and no edgewear. The binding is tight and square. The end papers are in perfect condition with no owner names, no inscriptions and no bookstore stamps. The internal pages are clean, bright and flat with no stains, no marks, no foxing, no writing, and no bent pages. Very clean, crisp book, appearing as unread. SIGNED by Kurt Vonnegut on the first black page in the year of publication “Kurt Vonnegut”, with an additional annotation in another hand stating the date and place it was signed of “…1969 / Washington D.C.” Please see images.

The original first edition dust jacket has benefited from very very slight restoration to the outer spine tips and presents in stunning near fine condition. The jacket has No edgewear, No rips, and no chips, but just a bit of some of the common toning, and discoloration. Please see images.
