Signed by Roald Dahl in red felt tip on a sheet adhered to the front end paper “Roald Dahl”. The binding is tight and square. The mustard colored end papers are in bright clean condition with no inscriptions, no bookstore stamps and no owner names. The internal pages are very crisp, bright, and clean for this title with no writing, no marks, no scribbles, no stains, no bent pages, no age toning and no foxing. Beautiful copy of a children’s book in hard to find condition, internally appearing as unread!
The original near fine price clipped First edition, First State dust jacket received a very tiny bit of professional restoration to the very outer spine tips.
