Original crisp black hatched covered boards with silver titles to spine and and a diamond emblem to the front of the boards. The book has sharp corners with but one outer tip lightly pushed, and no edgewear. No dry or splitting spine. The binding is tight and square. The end papers have a neatly scripted owner name and date. The internal pages are clean, bright and flat with a few pages to the front and back with very slight faded foxing, otherwise with No marks, No stains, No age toning, and No bent pages. The original first edition dust jacket presents in near fine condition having benefited from very slight restoration by an expert paper conservator. As such, the dust jacket has strong vibrant colors with No edgewear, No rips, No chips, No fading, No stains, No rubbing and No foxing. Slight toning to the rear panel.
