First Edition, First Printing A very handsome fine/near fine book with crisp, clean internal pages, and original stunning fine/near fine unclipped dust jacket.

The book is in fine/near fine crisp condition with white linen boards. Oatmeal cloth in unusually fresh clean condition, with a black quarter cloth spine with one very tiny spot of toning. Vibrant gilt decor to front and titles to the spine. The book has sharp corners and no edgewear. The binding is tight and square. The bright rust colored end papers are in perfect condition with no owner names, no inscriptions, no book plates and no bookstore stamps. The interior pages are very clean, bright and flat with no marks, no stains, no handling marks, no writing, and no foxing. Beautiful crisp book, internally appearing as unread. Please see images.

The original first edition jacket has benefited from very very slight restoration to the very outer spine tips by an expert conservator and as such presents in fine/near fine condition. The jacket has strong vibrant colors with no edgewear, no chips, no stains, no rubbing, no rips, no fading and no foxing. The dust jacket is NOT Price clipped and has a stated price of $6.95 on the inside front flap and has the requisite date code of 6903 to the bottom of the front flap. Please see detailed images.
