The book is in near fine condition with vibrant red boards with small faint spot to the front. Bright gilt titles to the front and spine. The binding is tight and square. The book has sharp corners and no edgewear. The end papers have no owner names, bookplates, and no inscriptions but slight faded faint foxing. The interior pages are overall very clean with an occasional faded handling mark, otherwise, no marks, no stains, and no writing. The book has the requisite publisher’s catalog, dated Autumn 1912. The original first edition vibrant teal blue dust jacket has benefited from very slight restoration to the spine tips (not affecting the text) by an expert conservator and as such presents in near fine condition.
